Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

Payment: On phone, fax and email orders, a Visa or MasterCard is due at the time of placing the order.
Mail orders can be paid via check, money order or Visa/MasterCard. Checks and money orders must be
cleared before the product will be shipped.

Delivery: Orders will be shipped within two weeks of receipt of order and payment. In cases involving
checks and money orders, orders will be sent once they are cleared.

Return policy: You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Please
indicate on the invoice the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or an exchange. Also,
please make sure that your phone number or email address is listed on the invoice. We advise that you
insure your return as we can not be responsible for lost returns.
