| Shipping: We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Payment: On phone and email orders, a Visa or MasterCard is due at the time of placing the order. Mail orders can be paid via check, money order or Visa/MasterCard. Checks and money orders must be cleared before the product will be shipped. Delivery: Orders will be shipped within two weeks of receipt of order and payment. In cases involving checks and money orders, orders will be sent once they are cleared. Return policy: You may return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Please indicate on the invoice the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
